[57north-announce] IMPORTANT: Annual General Meeting

Notice according to section 38 of the 57North Hacklab Ltd. Articles of
Association is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting will occur on
the 20th May 2014 starting at 1930h in the registered office of 57North
Hacklab Ltd. at the 3rd Floor, 35a Union Street, Aberdeen.

This meeting will be chaired by Carl Anderson.

The meeting will include, according to section 34 of the Articles of
Association:

 * a report by the chair on the activities of the Hacklab;
 * consideration of the annual accounts of the Hacklab; and
 * the election/re-election of directors, as referred to in clauses 63 to 65.

Any other points of consideration can be submitted to -discuss for
discussion or directly to the agenda via GitHub pull request[1].

According to section 38 of the Articles of Association, the agenda for the
meeting will be frozen on the 4th of May. No new items for discussion can be
added to the agenda after 12pm on the 4th of May.

Excluding the date, time and place, the details of this meeting are subject
to change and may be updated by future e-mails which will be sent to
-announce and to the e-mail addresses members have registered. Please check
the -announce archives[2] for the latest announcement.
