I'm going to join in the fun mostly becuase I intended to a send the
mail a while ago.

Hopefully I can be of use with my extreme internet spaceship management
skills, be a force for good and smile sweetly at people as part of the
effort to grow, improve and diversify the community.

And probably keep drinking gin.
