[57north-announce] Ex-member box content

Dear all 

Our space is becoming a busy place and we are keen to keep valid box storage available for new members. Accordingly, ex-members with items left in boxes will be sent a photo of their box contents for review. We would ask you to reply with directions regarding how these items are to be collected or otherwise disposed of. Outstanding items will be disposed of 30 days from the date of this notice, unless extenuating circumstances are provided to the board.
