Dear all

Notice is hereby given for an upcoming 57north board meeting on the Sat
31st Jan from 3pm, hosted at Blackfriars. The proposed agenda is as follows:

1) Table a resolution to acquire services of an accountant for our
hackerspace and authorise payment limit for said accountant

2) Discussion regarding the administration of space servers  (e.g.
delegation and communication)

3) Directors keysigning

4) Review progress of past actioned agenda items

5) AOCB
Note: The meeting may take place at the space address if Blackfriars is
unsuitable for those attending.
