[57north-announce] Director's meeting: Wednesday 11th Nov 2015, 19:30

There will be a meeting of the board of directors on Wednesday 11th
November 2015 at 19:30 in the hackspace. 

The agenda at the moment:
 - Go over the accounts and approve them for filing to HMRC and
 Companies House.
 - Approve paying the accountant. 
 - AOCB

I think we'll circulate the accounts before the meeting, but still
need to confirm that with the other directors; either they'll follow
shortly or an explanation of the change of plan will.

Any members who want to come along for this will be welcome. Being
allowed to say anything is at the descretion of whoever is chairing
the meeting but we've been happy for all contributions so far.
