We also need to talk about how we're going to do online banking and complete
the bank changeover and online banking activation forms.

Now that we know what things need to be done within the space, we should
start to build a list of responsibilities for directors. Some directors have
more time available than others so we shouldn't just force responsibilities
onto them, but we should have a list of the things that need to be done, who
is doing them and which of them are not being done. This can end up on the
wiki. Don't forget, we have the power to delegate.
