Appointment has been made for Thursday 20th March 1500 at the Queen St branch.
I can pick people up if they need.
We need to have our companies house details (that I have).

Carl will probably just need Id/RBS account details

Non RBS Customers will need

A form of ID and a proof of address.

ID can be

Passport, driving licence

Proof of Address can be
Utility Bill, Bank statements, council tax bills

Three months of Bank account statements, there can be print outs.
