Hi all,

This is the survey ready to go.  As I would like to send it 'us'
rather then from me, can I ask the directors to voice any changes or
objections to any questions. I do make these for work, but they are
generally more science'y, so let me know if I haven't hit the mark re
avoidance of leading questions, voice, audience etc.

I'll send first thing tomorrow morning if no objections arise.
