[57north-ctte] Paying for domain

Hi,

We should give money to Iain to pay for the domain 57north.co . Once we have
secured the domain we should consider moving it onto an account owned by the
space.

I am told another signed email from a board member will help this process a
long. In the new wiki this stuff should be spelt out in sain language. I can't
fit the articles in my head.
