[57north-ctte] Keys

Hi All,

We spoke about getting a set of keys cut for members a while ago and I don't
think we made any progress. 

I think we agreed to get £x worth of keys cut and offer them to all members for
a deposit. I suggest asking which members would like a key and getting n+m keys
cut (where n is request and m is a small int).

I think we have spent too long on this and we are doing a disservice by not
offering keys to members now.
