Hi all

A majority of directors at the space last night agreed we should
arrange to meet to sign the accounts before they are submitted. Notice
should happen 7days in advance.

Can I just check that all directors are happy to meet next Tuesday?
This is 6days notice rather than 7 but Rob suggested we might still be
OK to arrange this. Otherwise Wednesday?

If folks are the happy, we need to email announce ideally by 7pm this
eve - but I am not 100% on perfect procedure here.
