[57north-ctte] Draft contract for new space

Dear Directors

Below is a link to a pirate pad of a draft rent contract that the space has
used prior. I have filled in the current details but o/c comments and edits
are welcome; we are keen to reduce it down to something simple that serves
both the membership and our landlord with minimal fuss. I would like to
have something ready to send to Andrew in the next few days.
