[57north-ctte] Opening weekend

Hey friends. 

When the dust has settled, I’d like to have an opening weekend in the new Space. 

Ideally, it would be mid July or mid August, and we’d have a programme of events for each day (same thing both days maybe?). Something like a presentation on air quality monitoring, one on free software, one on radios, other projects we’re doing and so on. 

Ideally we would do a run of flyers to leave around the city and try to use engage’s social media base to our advantage too. 

Any weekend suggestions? I think maybe August 16th and thereabouts, so we are also working on stuff for emf as a group and will have things in progress to discuss. Also it lets us round off the rough edges of the new Space for a while...
Alternate maybe 21st July for an earlier kick off?
