[57north-ctte] Costings for Main room of new space and electrical

Hello Everyone

Could I get an OK to go head and spend on the electrical, I actually discovered I Didn't meet the £200 discretionary for the main room only £173. but the cost of the Electrical may be slightly more, it looks like £384 but this should give us some of the ground work for the other areas of the space which will lower any future costs.

I have attached a breakdown as a ods, If I can go ahead with the Electrical spend, in the knowledge that this can be reimbursed.
