[57north-ctte] Approval for £173 spend on early fitting for new space

I am seeking approval for a £173 spend from the space bank account used for the early refit of the new space location. The projected bank balance forword of this spend (Approximated to £200) can be viewed in the 'May-Leave-Projections-R2.ods' document emailled to all directors on May 23rd.
