[57north-ctte] Rent increase

Hi

Can I get signed approval to pay the new rent amount please? The fee is £390, up from £325 having moved on to a rolling basis. July's rent was paid at the new figure with all directors in verbal agreement only, so signed permission is retro-active from July.  The new figure will also be paid for August and September, September being our last month at the current location unless extended. Our £325 deposit was already returned this month.
