[57north-ctte] Expenses pre-approval request: PAYG top-up for space internet

Hi -ctte,

We're out of Internet.

Please pre-approve £35 to pay for 30 days of unlimited PAYG data for the
space.

Once the threshold for number of signed approvals is passed I will do
the top-up and then get the receipt to Ed for reimbursement next Tuesday.
