[57north-ctte] Setting an AGM Date!

Hey team,

Last year's AGM was on the 4th May - do we want to agree a date for this year's AGM and set a date for sending the email out? [1] It'll need to be in a month or so at the very latest if we're keeping to the same kind of timescale. 

Shall we do it over Jitsi again? I don't see us being able to do it in person.

Is there any directoring we want to get out the way first?
