the Meston Building where we will have a talk from Robert McWilliam. He
will provide an intro to FPGA design.

"I'll give a vague and high level run through of how field-programmable
gate arrays work and the design process to make them do something useful
focusing on the major differences compared to software development. This
will flag up some of advantages and disadvantages of using FPGAs. I'll
then go from clean slate to blinking LEDs on a real board (the "Hello
world!" of hardware projects) and have a look at a more complicated
project."
