Sorry I couldn't stay longer at the meeting. Annoyingly, my partner didn't turn up for the quiz.


It would make life significantly easier to be able to pay dues by DD. 
Telling the bank that you have people queuing up to pay money in might, 
just might, provoke a response. 

Or go to a different bank - that's also good for getting a response. (Which bank have you gone to?)

This (perfectly reasonable, IMHO) message has been through several cycles.
(1) I replied to an "announce" list message ; surely such messages should have the "reply-to" header set to point to the "discuss" list, not the "announce" list?
(2) several bitches about Yahoo's handling of mail addresses.
(3) repeat (2), with different aspects.
(4) Point (1) should be addressed ; similarly check other parts of the mailing list system.
