The Reply-To header on the minutes was set to -discuss. Not sure why Yahoo
wouldn't have honoured that and tried to make you reply to -announce.

Yahoo has recently enabled some things that I believe have broken the
ability for Yahoo users to use any form of mailing list. Many mailing lists
have actually set the moderation bit on all Yahoo addresses to avoid any
potential issues [1].

I would suggest moving away from Yahoo. They don't seem to be bothered about
fixing this.
