We should incorporate on Saturday if the other directors are happy with
that. If you can find the options of websites for this and post them to
the list on Thursday evening, that gives us all a chance to look at them
on Friday and then we'll just be able to pick one and go on Saturday.

The company will pay for the formation of the company. If we pay online
with debit card, then you can ask Tom for the reimbursement. We should
be careful to keep all the receipts and such.
