This! I make a strenuous point when giving new-member orientations, to
find a trash can that needs emptying. We do it together; I try to phrase
it that I'm not pawning off the work, just happy to have the help, you
know? Every person in the building has thus helped take out the trash,
so it can't be mentally filed away as "someone else's job".
