After a lovely trip to Satrosphere yesterday to play with some ROV's, drink
whiskey, see water filter gadgets, and then paricipate in a science quiz,
they want to be our pals : )

They would really like to work with us, supporting our events, and us doing
likewise. They would be up for us having workshops there too. So I propose
the directors have a natter and see what we could get from this
relationship.

And on that note, they have an event on Saturday that people might be
interested in.

along to two special talks from visiting expert volcanologist, David
Macfarlane from the University of St Andrews!

At 12pm he'll be chatting about airport scanners and privacy.

Then at 2pm he'll be telling us all about his work on special radar machine
AVTIS which can predict volcanic eruptions even when it's cloudy!

These talks are both included in our general admission fee and there's no
need to book - just turn up!
