Given that you can get an ammeter on eBay for less than £3 including
postage, I feel there is a project here for some bench power supplies
with ammeter readings built in.

This is something I would like to investigate, but it will have to wait
until next month.

If we need ATX power supplies, I can definitely provide at least 4.
