[57north-discuss] Added birthday to the calendar

Hi,

I've added my birthday to the calendar and here is the patch.

If Tom can successfully merge this patch then the tutorial I've put together is
correct and then I'll tell people where it is so they can add their birthdays
too.

If this goes well, we will move to using emailed patches for managing agendas
so that there are archives of proposed changes and also members can be aware of
changes as they are proposed.
