Those standoffs look like a really neat solution for distribution. For
the actual powering of the hardware, if you're feeling really
hackerspace-adventurous you could build one, because that's always fun -
5VDC/4x2A+25% headroom isn't too bad. 

Other options include a 4 gang US socket fed from a single 240-120V
transformer, or, as you say, 5V/10A (Accounting for fan current +
future PSU fatigue & assuming no future expansion) switch mode PSUs 
can be found pretty cheap online. :)
