[57North] [IMPORTANT] Fire extinguishers

Hmm, even if we do get a CO2 fire extinguisher there are issues with people
being trained to use it. We don' want someone putting out a fire and then
suffocating, or getting cold burn from it.

I think we would be able to suffice with a 2Kg CO2 extinguisher. Would be
looking at about £30 for this and normal to have a 5 year warranty. After
this we should just purchase a new one. I'm not sure about the rules for
getting it checked... does this need to be done every year?
