[57North] [IMPORTANT] Fire extinguishers

I recently trained as a fire warden via work, happy to take ownership of
drafting suitable paperwork & providing a basic "training pack" which we
can host online.  This will likely take a week or so though, other work
pressing at the moment.

Basic fire safety induction needs to be part of membership - If you use the
extinguisher for any reason, get out & call fire brigade.  Fires larger
than a waste paper basket likely too big for extinguisher, so get out.
 Bottom line, if in doubt, get out.

Single CO2 extinguisher recommended, inspections once per year required (if
we only have 1 extinguisher, I could ask work nicely if ours could get
inspected when works get checked...)

Will need details of building owners (as well as our landlord) to check
when they last did fire check (I suspect a while...)
