Happy for this personally. I don't think we'd need too much - just a
lightweight document/page with good priciples we agree facilitate an
inclusive culture.

Using existing statements for this kind of thing seems disingenuous,
so yeah I'd opt for drafting it up via wikipage [1] as
http://hackerspaces.org have. Space people can contribute toward it
until we have something we can put on the front page.
