I've updated the page on the wiki to include some sample statements
gathered from various organisations around the 'net. Feel free to add
further examples and comment on your preferred approach.

My own preference would be for something in-between the Python and Debian
statements. They're concise but inclusive, and avoid unnecessary lengthy
lists or categories.

I think we should probably avoid including any "behaviour guidelines" in
the statement - these can be documented separately if anyone feels they're
required, though I think rule 2 covers a lot of this ground - "Don't be a
contemptible individual"

In the interests of being truly diverse, I did try to track down
Microsoft's statement.  In typical fashion, they appear to have about half
a dozen of them...
