[57north-discuss] I've moved the multimeters

The bottom drawer under the right hand standing desk was getting
overcrowded with hand tools and multimeters so I have moved the
multimeters to the top drawer under the right hand normal desk height
desk (the description of what I mean by right and left is on the wiki
[1]).

I've updates the labels on the drawers and the wiki[1].

I've also done a bit of tidying up this evening so you can see the
benches again - lets see if we can keep to that for a bit longer this
time.
