[57north-discuss] IRC continuity

Hi,

Rob raised the point that the IRC channel was completely under my control
and if I get hit by a bus then there is no control by the hackerspace
anymore.

For contingency, I have given adventureloop, ormiret and Nordin the
successor flag. If my account becomes inactive, then one of them will be
selected by ChanServ as the new channel administrator.
