[57north-discuss] An Online Introduction to Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Hey all,

https://www.futurelearn.com/courses/electrify was posted to one of the
many groups I'm a member of. 

It's a free MOOC (massive open online course) that covers, briefly, 6
different areas E&E Engineering! If you're curious about what makes
circuits/electronics/AC/other stuff work, it might be worth a look. I'll
probably be looking at it when it begins on September 22nd to see if
it's any good.

Naturally, as this is something I'm theoretically qualified in, if you
want to learn more about any field that it mentions, give me a shout and
I can probably find some resources or sit down and have a chat one quiet
night. It'd probably be good for my in-brain retention of all the
things I'm supposed to know too!
