Well this is certainly interesting, thanks!

I've punted this over to the folks who set up the digital innovation hub
here at UoA, given that they just built a centre to provide 3D printing
facilities for startups and innovators. It might be more relevant to RGU
though, since they have one too and MAKE is apparently full of RGU students
most of the time anyway.

Or perhaps the reason this is going out to tender is because the council's
lost interest in it, having just spent £1.5m setting up three similar
facilities across Aberdeen...
