[57north-discuss] Running?

Yea, music for running is tricky.  My brother got me a ministry of sound
running 3 CD with slow, medium and fast discs, all kinda housey.  Even the
slow one killed me, hip-hop is about my pace.

I like Parkrun, good for the mob motivation, and the stats.  I've only done
it 11 times apparently, so fairly half-arsed, they have graphs to show you
how much slower you're getting :)
