I agree that the webcam should be removed. The novelty of the webcam has
worn off and it is now just creepy.
One of our aims as a hackerspace is to provide a safe space to work on
projects. I believe that a webcam allowing anyone to view the space breaches
this safe space and is therefore contrary to that goal.
I believe this to be a strong enough reason to remove the webcam from the
hackerspace. If anyone has a reason that they would like to keep the webcam
in the space, this should be discussed here so that we can reach an
arrangement that works for everyone.
