Yep, Hibby's awesome camera will be available for this purpose and we're
looking at setting up scheduled talk streaming, and also getting other
hackerspaces involved so we can watch their talks remotely.

On this topic, we do still lack something that can capture HDMI into a
computer. If anyone has such a device, please consider donating it to this
effort.
