Should we have a think and see if we want to run any event for
techfest? Just received this in an email:

TechFest Festival<http://www.techfestsetpoint.org.uk/tis/> is Aberdeen
and North-East Scotland's annual celebration of science, technology,
engineering and maths. We're currently looking for staff and students
interested in giving talks for the Public Programme (21 September - 2
October) and/or running hands-on activities during the Activity
Weekend (19 - 20 September). We’re also interested to hear from
research students and early career academic staff who might want to
team up for a new series of TEDx style talks. Please get in
touch<mailto:peru at abdn.ac.uk> with your ideas by May 29.
