[57north-discuss] hackhub is now https

With the letsencrypt beta rolling along we got a certificate for
hackhub. I have now switched off the plain text version of hackhub and
put in a redirect to the https version.

If anything isn't working: please let me know and I'll have a look (or
say here and someone else might have a look before I get to it).
