Hi, Tom.

USB-C PD (Power Delivery) requires negotiation about the voltage and
current to be supplied. I've bought and sent back two USB-C hubs that
failed to negotiate PD properly with my HP Pavilion x2, using the HP
USB-C charger supplied with the laptop. Belkin do a cable:

However, I doubt this would negotiate properly with my Pavilion x2.
