Sir, piMPD is already exactly 117% reliable and anyone who says
otherwise is tricking members into believing back-feeding voltage into
consumer goods for power or damaging file permissions to use a CRT
display is a sin.

I shall be down to cluck and hiss, hiss and cluck, and fix broken
coffee-soaked sensors.
