These all look like great ideas. (: I would support any of them. I think
my favourites though are Ideas 2+4.

I don't know if we're allowed to fit things into the stairwell, but I
notice there's a window next to it. Maybe it would be cool to have a
solar-powered motion-activated light to light up the artwork when people
are passing by.
