Hello Everyone,

In response to Andy I have a list of materials for the space.

* 6 x 2120mm twinslot upright (for shelving)
* 1 x 2250mm twinslot upright 
* 2 x 193x43x2100mm CLS Timber.
* 8 x 2210mm  Picture rail (could be useful)
* 1 x 2070mm White Conduit.
* Lots - 4c telephone wire unshielded
* ~15m - 2.5mm Twin and eath
* ~10m - 6mm Twin and earth
* 1 x Brass Chandelier (Because Why not)

This is not exhaustive.
