[57north-discuss] Magic URLs to unlock the door

At Peter's suggestion (a while ago - but I only just got round to adding
it) I have added support for "magic" URLs to hub that can be used to
unlock the door without having to be logged in.

You can (re)generate a URL for yourself from:
https://hub.57north.org.uk/hub/door 

This is intended to give something that can be bookmarked and then you
just need to open the bookmark to unlock the door rather than the
multiple steps needed to log into hub and navigate to the unlock page.

They could also be used for Tom's suggestion of an ESP8266 and button to
unlock the door.

Let me know if you find anything that's not working.
