Hi all. I have put together a quick summary [1] of our past and
predicted 12 month income and expenditure to help us better gauge the
situation with the move. Comments and constructive criticisms welcome.
Current affordability appears to be hovering around £400/mnth,
assuming memberships, donations and fundraising match the last 12
months.

Thanks to those who have passed on suggestions of new locations - we
are following them up. More are welcome and with just over a month
left at our current address, we'll need to start confirming plans very
soon.
