I kicked it.

It runs in a screen session as root, but "su pad" within the screen session.

ssh hibby at pad.57north.org.uk (your SSH key is there)
sudo screen -rAad (or just make a new screen if it's not running)
cd /srv/pad
bin/run.sh

If your SSH key or your sudo password need changing then let me know.
